Yolo utilizes NDB technology to produce tungsten-copper resistance welding electrodes without adding any solder, so that the tungsten and copper are inlaid without holes, and the connection strength is >130Mpa. This makes the tips have stable conductivity, and can be cooled continuously, which reduces the thermal load of the tips, increases their service life, and greatly saves costs.

we achieve seamless bonding of copper, tungsten, and

molybdenum refractory metals without solder, ensuring a

connection strength > 130Mpa.


The end of the electrode can be continuously cooled, reducing the heat load of the end electrode head, so as to increase the service life of the electrode and reduce the production cost.
