· Flaw Detection
YOLO implements thorough inspections at every production stage, ensuring 100% flaw detection for wire ends as thin as 0.39 mm to identify cracks. The grading system includes Grade A (e.g., 2 crack points per 100 meters), B, and C. Any wire below Grade C is discarded, as more cracks increase the likelihood of yarn breakage during processing.
· Drawing Process
YOLO uses advanced drawing equipment, including a German-imported rolling mill that deeply processes the rod core to ensure a more uniform internal structure. Unlike traditional surface-only processing methods, this advanced technology improves product consistency and quality.
